    1. Governing Law. This intake and any resulting inclusion in the YesConsulta.com Ecosystem are governed by the laws of the United States of America and, specifically, the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

    2. Supplementary Framework. In the absence of specific Wyoming law, applicable international treaties and conventions ratified by the United States shall apply to the extent relevant.

    3. Accuracy of Information. You represent and warrant that all information and documents you submit are true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

    4. Review & Discretion. Submission does not guarantee admission. YesConsulta.com may approve, reject, or request additional information at its sole discretion.

    5. Data Use. You consent to processing of submitted data and attachments for verification and onboarding purposes in accordance with applicable U.S. standards and industry practices.

    6. Security & Integrity. You agree not to copy, capture, reproduce, or distribute this page or its contents, including attempts to take screenshots, print, or otherwise exfiltrate data. Technical and legal measures may be applied to deter and respond to violations.

    7. Compliance. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to your services and representations within the ecosystem.

    8. Limitation. Nothing herein creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship. Inclusion, if granted, may be suspended or terminated for breach.

    9. Dispute Resolution. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein.
